We’re delighted to publish our 2025 Generation Ireland Impact report, highlighting the outcomes of our work and charity mission. With 150,000 job seekers in Ireland and unemployment rising, our work to place people into meaningful careers is more urgent than ever.

Since launching in late 2020 in Ireland, we have supported more than 800 people, enabling many to secure life-changing roles and begin their careers in the technology and green sectors. We have pioneered skills bootcamps in Ireland and strengthened our contribution to the further education and training ecosystem.

Our employment-led bootcamps prepare learners for entry-level roles in areas such as data analysis, solar panel installation and IT support by combining rigorous, industry-aligned technical training with direct employer partnerships and vacancies, alongside structured development of professional skills, confidence and mindset. This ensures learners are equipped not only to secure roles, but to thrive and progress within them.

Impact report highlights since Generation Ireland launched in 2020:

• Over 800 learners enrolled with a 90% graduation rate
• 475+ job placements from 250+ hiring employers
• €31,000 average starting salary
• 82% retention at one year of employment.

Generation Ireland’s Three Year Strategy 2026-2029

Our report also comes at a key team as we launch Generation Ireland’s Three Year Strategy for 2026–2028, which sets out our ambition for the next phase of our work: supporting more adults facing barriers to employment into good jobs and long-term careers, while contributing to a more inclusive and responsive education-to-employment ecosystem in Ireland.
