How it works

Generation Talent Partners support a smooth interviewing and hiring process, and we offer free access to hiring.

Held on Microsoft Teams and hosted by Generation, you’ll meet candidates who have researched your roles for focused, productive interviews.

Employers may also lead a short workshop or host a networking roundtable to engage and showcase their organisation if they wish.

Let us know your interview needs after the recruitment fair. We recommend scheduling interviews the following week and communicating offers through your Talent Manager. Feedback on candidates will be collected within 48 hours to arrange next steps efficiently.
